1.0 Definitions

1.1 Seller refers to Kingdom Workwear and Safety Supplies Ltd selling the goods to the buyer. 

1.2 Buyer means the company or individual purchasing goods from the seller. 

1.3 Goods means the products or services provided by the seller to the buyer as described in the sales order confirmation. 

1.4 Sales order confrimation means the written agreement between the buyer and the seller detailing goods to be provided, services to be carried out, the price and other related terms.

2.0 Orders

2.1 All orders placed online, via telephone or email will receive a sales order confirmation confirming description, colour, size and price via email.

2.2 It is the buyers responsibility on receipt of confirmation to raise any errors within 1 hour of receipt of email, to alert the seller to any discrepancies on the order prior to work commencing. Any amendments made after this time may incur additional charges and adjusted delivery times may apply. 

2.3 New orders requiring a new artwork set up willl not be commenced until a visual sign off has been made. 

2.4 Previous customers requiring any logo amendments to previoulsy saved logos must notify the seller at the time of placing their order. 

2.5 We may refuse or cancel orders where any breach of these terms and conditions has been made or that involve inappropriate, unlawful or offensive material. 

3.0 Price and Payment

3.1 Prices may vary and are subject to change withour prior notice. 

3.2 Every effort is made to ensure pricing is correct at point of order, however the seller reserves the right to amend or cancel orders in the event of a pricing error even after confirmation. 

3.3 Any Artwork set up fees will apply for the first time order only. Amendments can be made on the initial setup until the buyer is happy to sign the logo off for future use at no additional cost. Any future amendments made to the already agreed logo may incur additional charges. 

3.4 Payment shall be made by the buyer up-front prior to any work being carried out unless an account holder. 

3.5 Credit is provided at the sellers discretion and may be withdrawn or varied at any time. 

3.6 Credit applications can be made upon submission of Kingdom Workwear & Safety Supplies Ltd account form. 

3.7 Credit limits and terms must be confirmed by a member of our accounts team or our director Mel Burton. 

3.8 Credit facilities are up for review every 12 months and are subject to change. 

3.9 All account holding buyers are required to make payments by the due dates as specified in the credit terms. Non-payment from the first day after an invoices due date will be treated as late payment. Accounts may be placed on stop at anytime from this point until payment is received. 

3.10 We reserve the right the right to claim from the buyer all reasonable expenses incurred in the collection of overdue monies. 

3.11 Three strike policy will be in place and used at the sellers discretion. Should any payments be late more than three times within a six month period account facilities may be removed. 

4.0 Delivery

4.1 Deliveries are subject to availability of products. 

4.2 Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. The seller will make reasonable efforts to meet any agreed delivery dates. 

4.3 Most postodes in England, Wales and Southern Scotland are served by our courier under standard carriage terms. Deliveries inside of these areas will be charged a minimum carriage charge of £7.50+vat on any orders that fall below £100 net. 

4.4 Deliveries required to other mainland or offshore destinations, carriage would be by quotation and would apply to all orders placed regardless of order total. 

4.5 The risk of damage or loss to the goods shall pass to the buyer when the goods are collected or, if the goods are delivered at the time of delivery. 

4.6 Written notification is required within 48 hours of delivery being received for any shortages, damages or errors. 

5.0 Returns & Refunds

5.1 Returns must be reported to our main office to Mel Burton at the following email address, quoting the invoice number mel@kingdomworkwear.co.uk. If under review due to a complaint goods will be investigated and may be repaired or credited at the sellers discretion. 

5.2 Returns cannot be accepted for embroidered, printed or customised items, special order or non-standard items. 

5.2 Standard products may be returned within 28 days of delivery, but must be in a resalable condition, unworn and in original packaging. 

5.3 If goods were correctly supplied and returned for credit, a handling charge of 25% may apply.  

5.4 If a full or partial refund is granted you will be contacted to confirm and payment will be refunded via the method of original payment i.e. bank transfer, card or via paypal. 

5.5 Please note refunds generally take:

Paypal Balance - Instant or same day

Bank Account - Typically 3-5 business days, upto 30 days in rare cases

Debit Card - Generally upto 5 business days, sometimes upto 30 days 

Credit Card - Can take upto 1-2 billing cycles (roughly 28-31 days)

6.0 Discount Codes

6.1 Discount codes or offers cannot be used in conjunction with any bundle packs or existing promotions. 

6.2 Discount codes and offers are available and removed at any time at the discretion of the seller. 

7.0 Products

7.1 Product Specifications may vary from that shown, without prior notice. 

7.2 Colours displayed online may vary from actual product. 

7.3 Size guides are available on all products. Responsibility lies with the buyer to ensure sizes meet their requirements. The seller accepts no liability for sizing issues if they are as documented. 

8.0 Liability

8.1 The sellers liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the sales of goods shall be limited to the price of the goods. 

8.2 The seller accepts no liability for delays or late delivery. 

8.3 The seller shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages including loss of profits. 

8.4 Neither party shall be laible for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of god, war, strikes or natural disasters. 

9.0 Data Privacy

9.1 Both parties shall comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. 

9.2 The buyer acknowledges that the seller may collect, use and store personal data provided by the buyer for the purposes of fulfilling the sales agreement. 

9.3 The seller shall take the reasonable steps to protect the personal data stored from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. 

9.4 Neither party shall disclose any personal data obtained from the other party to third parties without written consent of the disclosing party except as required by law. 

10.0 Complaints and Contact Details.

10.1 All complaints are dealt with efficiently and responded to within 24 hours. 

10.2 In the event of a complaint written details should be sent to Mel Burton at mel@kingdomworkwear.co.uk. 

11.0 Jurisdiction

11.1 The above terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with English Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
